Q: What payment methods do you accept?
 Exclusively PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover via PayPal). We never store your financial data.

Q: When will my card be charged?

Q: Can I modify my order after placement?

 Specified per product listing. Check "Product Details" or contact us.

Q: What does your warranty cover?
 Manufacturing defects only. Excludes:

  • Water damage/drops

  • Incorrect voltage usage

  • Unauthorized modifications

Q: Do you sell bulbs?
 No. Our fixtures require standard bulbs (details in product specs).
